Oak Yard bills itself as Dubai's first recharge tower — a claim to verify, but the recorded programme takes the theme seriously: a lobby with a natural tree, fountain and bonsai, a waterfall, and aromatherapy through the shared spaces.

Training splits across five fitness zones — cardio, strength, yoga, TRX and outdoor yoga — beside a pool area of more than 1,000 m² with a 27-metre pool, cabanas, sun loungers and BBQ. Work happens in over 100 m² of zoom rooms and coworking; the healthy café delivers eco-product breakfasts; and a children's room follows a bio-living concept. Storage, a snack bar, concierge desk, three parking floors and 280 m² of commercial space complete the record. The recorded mix runs studios, one and two bedrooms and a two-storey penthouse.
