FASHIONZ by DANUBE is built around its brand: a fashion plaza and fashion ramp at the heart of the podium, an FTV Café, a FashionTV rooftop restaurant with pool, an FTV salon aesthetic centre, a fashion library and even a fashion school on the amenity record. The brochure bills it as Dubai's first FashionTV-branded residences — a claim to verify, but the fashion programming is unusually deep either way.

Beyond the branding sits one of the broadest amenity sets Danube has recorded: a rooftop infinity pool and lounge, swimming pool, kids' pool and splash pad, aqua gym and jacuzzi, spa and therapy suites, an outdoor fashion gym alongside the FashionTV gym and spa, and a health bar.

Sport and play run from a padel court on the rooftop outdoor area, multi-purpose and badminton courts, jogging track, skating rink, trampoline park, table tennis and snooker zones to outdoor chess. Families get a kids' day care, play hall and play area with a doctor on call; the quieter side offers a Japanese garden, meditation zone, gazebo, outdoor cinema, party zone, business centre, beauty salon, Zumba and dance studio and BBQ area. The recorded mix spans studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and retail units.
